Added FeatureHelper which allows you to build indexes based on a feature attribute value. This is then used in GeneFeatureHelper when parsing a gmod gff3 file to quickly find the features that belong to a parent. Went from taking a very long time to load a genome fasta file and a gff3 file to now is very quick. GeneFeatureHelper is now using the FastaReaderHelper that loads a fasta file but proxies the sequence data on disk.	Scooter Willis	More...				almost 16 years ago
