OTRS is an enterprise-grade Open source Ticket Request System (also well known as trouble ticket system) with more than 1,100 features to provide IT service management. The system is built to allow your support, sales, pre-sales, billing, internal IT, help desk, etc. departments to react quickly to inbound inquiries.
OTRS is also the framework for SIRIOS, an incident and advisory system for CERTs (Computer Emergency Response Teams).
OTRS is also the framework for OTRS::ITSM, an ITIL compliant Open Source IT Service Management Solution.
