Rewritten VIRGO workqueue handler with: - additional boolean flag for using this workqueue for KingCobra - additional file logging support with filp_xxx() calls - call_usermodehelper invocation to invoke kingcobra_main entrypoint binary to KingCobra BFT messaging - fd_install calls (commented at present due to the weird crashes screenshot photos for which have been added to repository) for file descriptor redirection for stderr and stdout - more printk()s for debugging

workqueue handler modified to unwrap the contained work_struct and print the request data populated by push_request() in queue driver module. Also a new struct virgo_workqueue_struct has been added for using container_of() linux macro.
