Just in time for the new year biojava-1.5 beta2 has been released. The  source, binaries and docs for the release can be obtained from the biojava site. The API docs are also available on line. As much as we hate to admit it BioJava does contain the odd bug. Some are very odd indeed. To help us track bugs and requests for enhancement we have begun to use the Bugzilla bug tracking system. Please use it if you would like to report a new bug or view open bugs.
