Feedback Forum : Regional Metrics

Such and similar data gathered throughout the entire ohloh project would be useful for a number of applications, from ads to research, to events, groups and so on. Might be worth to think into that ... [More] direction at some point. I don't see privacy concerns given such data would be provided by the users. [Less]

Or, when you search for the project to see if it's already listed, and fail to find it, the results page also asks you to create a new project.

Technical Issue Help : How do I add an enlistment for a sourceforge project using CVS?

I added it but feel free to modify it. For the record, when you add/modify the code's source, ohloh will attempt to connect right away and if the address is wrong (as in your first trial), it will ... [More] tell you so. If you were successful, ohloh will tell you something about the next step of source code analysis pending... So you know right away if you entered a working address. [Less]

I'm not sure if I get your question right. Did you mean if it exists in the ohloh directory? The search (for projects) function comes up with HyperScope, to be found here: ... [More] http://www.ohloh.net/projects/hyperscope At the time of this writing, their own site seemed to have some problems but that's nothing that couldn't be solved temporarily with a quick Google search for cached pages and other sites about the same software. Feedback Forum : "New Projects" RSS

How about an RSS feed for new projects? At least listing the last XX names, but ideally maybe including some project description as well. And linked to the project page at Ohloh.
