How to re-scan source code archive...

How do I get my projects source code re-scanned from scratch?

Before 2006 I used SourceSafe, and then switch to SVN. After a hugely great deal of pain and suffering, I integrated the two histories, and even managed to have it all end on the correct SVN revision number! However, that means clients that sync the source code (such as ohloh) would not notice the new history.
So there's that. I'll also mention that my SVN database rebuild affected another project here -- in a way that might prevent you from being able to update at all from your current revision. Since it is a less popular and newer project, I didn't care who I made unhappy with it, but ohloh.net might care:

As you can see, MiniWebServer (Java) has finished its re-fetch OK (198 total commits). Analysis is now at May 19, 2014 on code collected on May 19, 2014 and last commit is at April 29, 2014. CoffeeMud is still in the initial fetch stage but should move on to the next step soon. (It's considerably bigger.) Should come out to 11466 commits or more when through. Will let you know, probably tomorrow or Wednesday when it finishes.

CoffeeMud is finished with the re-fetch (11466 total commits). Analysis is now at May 20, 2014 on code collected on May 19, 2014 and last commit is at May 17, 2014. First commit is at October 25, 2001.
Please remind me here if either project fails to properly update.
