Can't add projects
I've been attempting to add three projects since yesterday and have not met with any success. The projects in question are:

https://bitbucket.org/esrc/eaccpf-indexer
https://bitbucket.org/esrc/eaccpf-solr
I receive an email from the Ohloh server telling me that my application to manage the specified project was approved
. However, the projects never appear in my managed projects list.

This is a known bug that we're working on. In the meantime look at: https://www.ohloh.net/forums/10/topics/8310
We have suggested some work-arounds and ideas for creating projects. New projects are being created as recently as 9 minutes ago.
Please let me know here if you are still unable to create your project and I'll assist.
