Gentoo main git is fialing for 22 days

I'm receiving an error on that enlistment. From what I can see, there is no master at this git address and it appears to be a collection of 163 projects directly at the base address with 4 files thrown in. Can't find a web interface to look it over properly and brought the 2GB repository down to my laptop instead. There must have been a reorganization of the repository and it isn't in a form that we can process. I'll notify the project managers and see what they can do.
