I was checking out Ohloh today so of course I looked up the page for Spyce, a project I work on: http://www.ohloh.net/projects/553
Ohloh apparently grabbed the old, stale cvs repository from sourceforge rather than the svn one. I can't find a way to fix this. Do I have to own
the Ohloh Spyce page somehow?
I also don't see any way to tell Ohloh about new projects. I assume it's there somewhere, since the FAQ implies you can do this, but damned if I can figure out where it that functionality is located.
Hi ellisj,
I'm sorry this was frustrating. We're redesigning our project page right now, and I hope the new design will be easier to understand.
I think the page you are looking for is /projects/553/enlistments. From that page you can add a link to a new repository and delete the old one. You should not need any special permissions; if the site isn't letting you delete the old repository then this is a bug.
If you have any more trouble I'd be happy to do the switch -- just send me the subversion URL and I'll take care of it.
Thanks,
Robin
