Duplicate license added
I accidentally added a duplicate entry for gnu affero gpl v3
earlier (id=170). I used 'undo', but notice now that the entry didn't go away. Same for row 171.
I would have suggested to have these merged with the original (id=135), but as that is just draft 2 of the license (no idea if the final version is different from draft 2), I'm not sure if that's ok either.

How embarrassing. Our licenses list was not filtering out the deleted licenses (even though your UNDO
of the creation, was, in fact, doing the right thing in the database). I've since fixed this bug.
As for the question of whether the original affero license (id:135) should be edited with your changes, I will leave to your discretion: I am not up-to-date on this license and it sounds like you know more than I do ;-).
