Suggestions for Ohloh 2.0 : Browser oddities

Hi LYRIK, It's ironic (and sad) that an open source oriented site performs so miserably on Konqueror - and for that I apologize. However, our site metrics show that konqueror usage is just sooo low that it doesn't seem worth the overhead for us.

Suggestions for Ohloh 2.0 : perl license

Projects using the perl GPL2+Artistic disjunction will often mention the same terms as perl itself in their code. Currently, your license heuristic sees the GPL and Artistic mentions and includes a ! ... [More] link in the summary about license incompatibility. The Artistic 1.0 license is rarely used outside of this disjunction. Please add support for the perl license and try to get your code to identify this when the project language is Perl. And, when the project is perl itself ;-) http://www.fsf.org/licensing/licenses/index_html#ArtisticLicense Thanks, Eric [Less]

Suggestions for Ohloh 2.0 : Show number of replies/views in forum search results

When I go back to see if someone has replied to my posts, I go to http://www.ohloh.net/accounts/14150/posts and click on each of the later posts, only to find out that there has not been a reply. If ... [More] the list already had the number of replies in it, this would be a lot faster and cause a little less traffic. While you're at it, you could also add the number of views, as some might also be interested in that. [Less]

Suggestions for Ohloh 2.0 : Overall per-person commit timeline

We had something like this in the past, but the problem is that the query is extremely hard on our servers in some cases. There are a few people who have been committing to dozens of projects for ... [More] literally dozens of years, and our database just can't support this query. That's not to say it's impossible; it just won't fly on our current database. We're currently thinking about some new designs that would allow us to do these kinds of things in the future. [Less]

Technical Issue Help : Apache License v2

The license recognition code doesn't seem to know the difference between Apache License v1 and v2. This is a big deal, since v1 is flagged as being GPL incompatible, where as v2 (which my projects ... [More] use) is compatible. The code reader also seems to be finding the GPL in my automake build scripts, since I know it doesn't exist elsewhere in my projects. [Less]
