On Zimbra's web site, the project is proposed under commercial licenses and YPL. This YPL is not OSI approced. It is not MPL either. Calling Zimbra 'open-source' borderline at least.

Difficult to compile. If you plan to get this going on a debian 64-bit environment this is some hard work.
