updated root-CA bundle with latest version available from curl.haxx.se using mk-ca-bundle.pl.

we bump the minimum required AmiSSL version to the upcoming 4.3 version which will come with an improved OpenSSL 1.1.1a based kernel generally improving connection security due to its newer TLS v1.2/1.3 ciphers.

bumped amissl includes to latest version available and raised minimum amissl version to 4.2 to make sure no one is using an outdated version.

fixed AmiSSL setup by calling InitAmiSSL() in the main thread as well so that initalization of AmiSSL should work correctly now and not end up in a crash if newer AmiSSL versions are used. This refs ​https://github.com/jens-maus/amissl/issues/24

all: bumped all copyright years to 2019.

scripts/update_copyright.sh: ignore .git instead of .svn.
