Project Summary

wolfSSL is a lightweight SSL/TLS implementation (up to TLS 1.2 and DTLS 1.2) for software developers building security functionality into their applications and devices. It is optimized for resource-constrained environments and can be up to 20x smaller than OpenSSL.

wolfSSL is ported to a long list of environments, including Win/Linux/Mac, Solaris, ThreadX, VxWorks, FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, embedded Linux, WinCE, Haiku, OpenWRT, iOS, Android, Nintendo Wii and Gamecube through DevKitPro, QNX, MontaVista, OpenCL, NonStop, TRON/ITRON/µITRON, µC/OS, FreeRTOS, MQX, Nucleus, and more.

wolfSSL includes hardware cryptography support for several platforms including Intel AES-NI, Cavium NITROX, Microchip PIC32MZ, Freescale mmCAU/CAU, and Texas Instruments.
