WebSVN 2.3.3 is a minor release which brings several bug fixes (including a security fix for Windows) but also improvements for GeSHi highlighting.

WebSVN 2.3.2 is a minor release which brings several bug fixes but also improvements for browsing deleted items and handling modified whitespaces and different newlines.

WebSVN 2.3.1 is a minor release which brings many small (or bigger) improvements and bug fixes in different areas.

WebSVN 2.3.0 has been released eight months after the last minor release. It uses PEG-revisions thoroughly to support viewing moved, renamed and deleted items.

Since the last release of WebSVN many changes have been made on the internal structure - especially the usage of PEG-revisions.
