Tool to report actual VM boot times
This tool utilises communication between the host Linux distribution and the guest Linux distribution by way of a socket, measuring the actual start time from the very moment the process is invoked, up to the point the system is fully booted and usable (as determined by its own profile and service configuration)
It can be used to start many VMs in parallel to identify bottlenecks and assess systems performance, both guest and host, as well as detailing total boot time for multiple VMS and the average.
Each report is also accompanied by the internal concept of boot time (as made available via systemd-analyze) so that the delta between real boot and VM internal boot can easily be seen.
