Lots of features but unpolished ...

Cons:
Search function is buggy.
Lacks bidirectional linking.
UI is clunky
No good inbuilt themes
Irresponsive sometimes

Pros:
Tracks file changes
Many note types e.g. Canvas, mermaid diagrams, webviews, ...
Extendible
Tags
Export feature

Perhaps the most useful feature is the scripting framework. You can create custom widgets, analyze notes, and create completely custom note types.
