Generalizing user accounts/sign in to deal with "Sharing Users". Have the client/server basically working again after breaking changes. Still need to run through comprehensive set of tests. Changed GoogleSignIn to return a Button instead of a view controller. Made it more consistent with Facebook sign in. Many changes on the server to deal with these account issues.

Created a branch to develop "Sharing User" features. E.g., Facebook users who have certain access rights to "Owning User" data-- e.g., the owners of the Google Drive data. As a part of this, I have added Facebook SDK's (via CocoaPods) to the Tests project.

Fixed problem where SMSyncAttributes app meta data dictionary values, when given as integers, would come back from the server as strings. Updated meta data XCTests. Ran through all single device tests.
