Development of download facilities. Converting over to using a single Lock server method. OperationId on server now being generated on CommitChanges. Added GetOperationId server operation to support recovery process because operationId may not have been obtained from CommitChanges. Adding to the docs for the system. Removed one member var from SMServerAPI, and added another. Moved serverURL out of SMServerConstants so it can be changed by framework user.
