It is a beautiful piece of code using Symfony Framework so am a little peeved that your analysis states that it is C++ code base when in fact it is PHP! Please validate these facts and recompute COCOMO values
The software is decent, but it still cannot compare to some other software out there that is a bit more robust and more user-configurable. And in addition to that, the software developer goes around emailing people who have left reviews of the software on their own web sites attempting to bully them into removing those posts. That is abhorrent behavior.
