After some feedback from those folks who use systems like Basecamp, I've decided to implement a few things that I originally was planning to do a little later. Once I've made those changes, I am going clean up the existing code, make sure all links ... [More] work and all forms work, and then I'm going to release version 0.1.0 for those who want to start playing around. Features in 0.1.0: - Projects - Milestones - Task Lists - Tasks - Members - Companies [Less]

This is the first unstable/development release of openpm.org. In essence, this is simply a preview release. It's very basic, with only Projects, Milestones, Task Lists and Tasks available at the moment. There's no user permissions yet either, all users are administrators.

After about a month of development, we have some basic functionality available in openpm.org. Adding of projects, members, companies, milestones and task lists is in. Also, adding, editing and deleting of tasks within a task list. As mentioned ... [More] before, openpm.org is ajax-focused, and the task manipulation can be done "in-place" without needing to reload the page whatsoever. [Less]

Due to issues getting hold of the "openpm.org" domain name, I've decided to change the project name to Project HQ. As part of this change, our sourceforge project name will be changing to "projecthq" (when my name change request is completed). I've ... [More] registered a new channel on Freenode called #projecthq and we also have http://projecthq.org/ where I'm busy setting up the site with the new project name. The code in the Pylons project (and thus the Subversion repository) will also be updated soon. [Less]

I've recently been working on the permissions system within Project HQ. As of the latest SVN commit, most of the backend of the permissions system is complete, with support for various permissions, and various roles containing subsets of those ... [More] permissions. The menu system has also been rewritten for flexibility. Read more on the site: http://projecthq.org/ [Less]
