Only set PowerManager::used_item if this power actually uses an item. This prevents powers used later this frame from overwriting the used_item that occurs earlier this frame. Also make sure only the hero is setting this. Previously was causing a bug when an enemy with Line of Sight was dropping beacons every frame, overwriting item use e.g. potions per frame.
