xenoPMT (Project Management and Tracking) is a exactly what the acronym stands for - Project Management and Issues/Bug Tracking system. It is a PHP v5 (currently) MySQL based so it can be used on most web servers with ease.

It can be deployed for personal or corporate wide use. The system allows you to set up milestones, products, projects, bug tracker, user groups (managers, developers, customers) and more.

Each project has its own wiki page and ability to view subversion code. Users can issue and track Tickets, Bug and Technical Requests (called, tasks).
