Reconciled pre-hyperspace clearout with new body death code

Added body death and associated cleanup. Call Space::KillBody() to kill a body. Added temporary "kill target" control, bound to End key. Separated target into nav target and combat target. Currently only nav target is used. Fixed: Target selection occurred while firing laser. Fixed: Space stations destroyed their ODE geoms twice.

bunch of work on collisions. still doesn't work right. john - see how changing model scale changed fuckedness of collisions? if i set the model 62 scale to 2.0 then hitting it gives fucked up collisions. on scale 1.0 it works fine.
