"03/Nov/07: The ASF feels sorry to inform you that the Slide project has been retired and is no longer actively maintained.
If you look for WebDAV or Content Mangement support check out the Apache Jackrabbit project."
In one project we had big performance problems with slide and configuration was overly complex (we only needed WEBDAV support)
And I do not understand the good "activity", looking at the Code-page, nothing happened in the last 3 years.
