[More] team. For this occasion, SPA has mobilized two of its best programmers. The main goal of this mission is to give to SPA’s programmer the necessary tools and knowledge to efficiently integrate the community. SPA and Octopus first meeting took place a few months ago and SPA’s enthusiasm and dynamism has convinced the Octopus team of the necessity of this on-site training. The technical part of the training session will be handled by Andrey GALKIN, our senior programmer for the Central Asian platform. His role is to make his two trainees able to contribute to the code at the end of the course. The membership of these new programmers (Padmalal Wettasinghe and Samudra Kumara Serasinghe) will be very beneficial for Octopus’ progression in Sri Lanka and in South Asia more generally. The work of our new members will deal with the adaptations of Octopus to the Sri Lankan methodologies and will at the beginning focus on the improvement of the saving module.   [Less]
