Hi MSALMAS,
Yes, it is possible. Simply leave the UDP Channel empty and the TCP Channel will be used for commands and data.
Please note that all our projects have been moved to GitHub. Here is the new link for the openPDC project.

The output stream configured in Open PDC uses TCP for command channel and UDP as data channel. Is it possible to rely completely on a TCP channel to exchange both command and data messages?

Hello Eva,
Please note that the openPDC has moved from CodePlex to GitHub, and we have moved our discussions board elsewhere as well. We would appreciate it if you could move your query to the new discussion board so that we can answer it there.

Hello All,
i have a question about the Measurement GUID in the openPDC Manager. How can somebody change the ID of the measurement data e.g. frequency ID 3436e402-49b6-11e6-b909-f0def10300b3 (!!) ? It is namely not very convenient to write this
