Project Summary

Open eSignForms allows software developers and technical parties in a company to create secure, online (web-based) forms and documents that follow a business process flow and enable legally recognized electronic signatures using digital signature technology.

Open eSignForms is driven by Yozons™, a long-time leader in web-based electronic signature software. The code is being built on a decade of expertise garnered developing many previous electronic signature systems that are still in active use today with new customers daily.

1) GNU Affero GPL v3 for those who will build solutions, electronic contact processes, etc. that themselves will also be open source.

2) Commercial licenses, typically for businesses that wish to keep their code proprietary.
