With the release of IntelliJ IDEA 6.0, Nully has become obsolete; this functionality has been implemented in IDEA itself - see the docs for details.
Also, JSR 305 is planning to add these to the Java language, possibly with the help of JSR 308 which proposes allowing annotations on any occurrence of a type, such as generic type arguments.
