moziloCMS works on flat files, you don't need a database for it. All you need is a server with PHP 4.3.2 or higher - that's it. It's installed quickly and it's really easy to use. Also advanced users will get get happy with moziloCMS' simple structure. Let's face it: Does every little project page need a huge multi-user, feature-overloaded database CMS? If you think less is sometimes more, try moziloCMS.
