Project Summary

Mdogo means 'small, little; not large' in Swahili, and that's what it is: Mdogo is a small (20 files, < 15 ksloc) php5 framework facilitating modern front-end centric development. Mdogo offers sufficient performance <5ms from cache), usually needs less than 4mb of ram and has lots of nifty features:

- basic model and controller classes
- image scaling controller
- script aggregation and minification controller
- restful model crud controller
- yaml/json based data controller
- minimal dependency injection container
- caching class autoloader
- mysql r/w splitting, load balancing
- hybrid memcached/apc cache (responses, data ...)
- apache/nginx support (including sendfile)
- simple unified error/exception handling
- configurable error/access logging
- multi-env config, utilities...
