LoopBack was developed by StrongLoop, which has now been purchased by IBM.

Note that StrongLoop Arc, a graphical tool for building, deploying, managing, and monitoring LoopBack applications and APIs, is being deprecated in favor of the IBM API Connect Developer Toolkit
