LeanFPS is an MIT-licensed Windows 10/11 game optimizer built in Rust with egui/eframe. It detects running games, applies per-game Windows settings, and collects average FPS and 1% lows using ETW. A change journal records prior values for individual rollback; temporary session settings restore on game exit, while persistent settings stay until Undo. It does not alter game files or inject an overlay. The distributed app has a free core and optional paid Pro unlock, and the full MIT source can be built locally.
