Project Summary
Any enterprise strength application needs to provide a control interface to the user for dynamically changing properties of a process, without bringing the process down.
Use of property files, ensure that a process is customisable, but JCtrlPlane aims to provide dynamic customisation.
Also, for developers, it renders providing this funcationality simple, by using a containment object to register a set of controllable parameters with a callback function for each of those.
a separate CLI utility is provided to communicate any change in values asynchronously to the Java process, which will trigger the control plane to call a particular callback based on the incoming control signal.
