When an adapter is started and running, unchecking 'Enabled' in the manager does not have any effect. When the data subscriber port is changed in a node - this information is not updated in the "shared manager level instance" alarm monitor, so the monitor data subscriber may be sitting trying to connect with old information.This needs to be updated ... In the GSF.Communications library the MaxConnectionAttempts doesn't seem to be working.Connections continue even when value is set to a finite number.
