Added an experimental 'freenet name service' layer, supported by a command-line utility 'fcpnames' which manages local freenet name services, allows their export to peer users, allows import of peers' name services. After installing, do 'man fcpnames' for more information.

FCPNode.get() now accepts a 'stream' argument, a writeable file object, to which data will be written as it is received (rather than being accumulated in memory). Helpful for those 8GB DVD files :)
