This is a java native wrapper, based on JNA of some library used to access smart cards.

This includes java wrappers for:
* pkcs#11: in order to sign with a smartcard
* pc/sc : to send direct commands to a smartcard
* openct : to send direct commands to a smartcard
* libusb : in order to list devices connected to usb.

and a service layer to list and recognize smartcards connected to tye system.
