Project Summary

Corsen is a tool dedicated to 3D distances measurements developed to access the minimal distance between cellular objects (e.g. individual mRNA molecules and mitochondria surface). Corsen includes 3D segmentation algorithm allowing extraction and characterization of cell objects to be processed - surface calculation, aggregates decomposition- for minimal distances calculation.
