Configurable Environment to plugin Java applications and integrate some applications to form a preconfigured Java Desktop. This should be also known as a start and configuration environment.
The property server is almost finished. You can define variables in a properties file. At runtime the variables will be replaced rekursivly by values from the same properties file or hierarchicaly placed above ones.
