Just extract the zip file to to the "packages" directory in the root of the site, then go to add functionality in the dashboard and you should see it listed there to install.....

How do I get hold of the 5.4 beta for testing? Happy to help out, considering we are churning through about 3 concrete5 websites a week.....

I agree with this, and would like to also emphasize that WC3 compliance, though hard to achieve often in any given CMS, is a REALLY great bragging point from a marketing perspective. If this is achievable.... it should be done and made a priority. .......
