Project Summary

The citeproc-js processor is a JavaScript implementation of the Citation Style Language (CSL), an XML schema for describing citation and bibliography formats. It is used in a number of reference manager projects, including colwiz, Docear, KCite (for Wordpress), KnowledgeBlog, Mendeley, Qiqqa, and Zotero. The processor fully implements CSL 1.0.1, and is currently the only open-source CSL implementation with support for dynamic editing of citations in word processing environments.
