Bartlby provides comprehensive network and system monitoring and alerting for server, hosts, services, and applications - fully scalable and optimized for small to large networks. Bartlby consists of a core daemon, that checks via active or passive TCP all services or hosts and sends notifications in case of critical service conditions. An open plugin interface gives every administrator an easy to use option to extend the plugin base to his specific needs. The fully customizable Web GUI is written in PHP using C extension and allows configuring and managing your system everywhere and at any time.
