The feedback, questions and traffic I have received made me want more control over the site.
This free, open source utility lets you display a yellow pop-up balloon in the from the tray, using the same API in Windows itself uses (IUserNotification). You can set a timeout and detect whether the ballon was clicked on, dismissed or timed out with the return code (ERRORLEVEL).
This project has 2 main purposes : - Use it as-is in a script
