A new version is in development:
* SSE and Multithreading (up to 16x faster on dual core processors)
* screenshots in PNG format
* Mac OSX support
* audio streams (OSX only)
* updated compile environment for windows 32 and 64bit (MinGW gcc 4.x, Microsoft Visual Studio 2008)
We could need some help to further stabilize this version, and make sure that it compiles OK on all platforms.
