Organization Summary
Our projects are free software (and by extension also open source) because we don't really see any other option. Developing proprietary software is an unethical and anti-social activity. We don't think we should be waxing philosophically about our choice to not engage in unethical and anti-social behaviour. The burden of explaining is on the proprietary software developers.
