The TYPO3 Project

The TYPO3 Project is a large community of volunteers, backed by the non-profit TYPO3 Association, working on free PHP-based software. Originally started with TYPO3 CMS, an enterprise-class, Open Source CMS (Content Management System), the project grew beyond its original scope and started creating further software – among them TYPO3 Flow (Web Application Framework) and TYPO3 Neos (a new Content Management System).

The products created by the TYPO3 community are used internationally to build and manage websites and applications of all types, from small sites for non-profits to multilingual enterprise solutions for large corporations. With its vision "Inspiring People to Share", TYPO3 seeks to make an essential contribution to the CMS and PHP eco system.
