Caglow Open Agreement

This Caglow Open Agreement (the "COA") provides a legal agreement between you (the "User") and the producer (the "Creator") which grants a royalty-free copy of the given (the "Product").
Preamble
This COA shall apply to all who has declared their Product to be so in any prominent humanly way. The Creator, and only the Creator, shall have the power to waive any restrictions placed on the Product by the COA. By using the Product, the User agrees to all terms stated in this agreement.
Deployment
The User shall be granted the unlimited rights to use of the Product at no additional terms than agreed upon in this agreement. This includes providing unlimited usage commercial purposes with equal priviledges as for personal use.
Source
The Creator shall grant the user, in addition to the Product, a full copy in human-modifiable form. Source shall be licensed in accordance to this agreement with the original product. The Creator grants the User full rights to modify and redistribute this Source provided all copyrights are left intact. (See below)
Redistribution
The User is granted the ability to redistribute the Product in whole or in part at no charge provided ALL mentions of copyright is left intact. In addition, should the Product have been modified prior to redistribution, a prominent note should be placed to remark the modification. The Creator shall take no responsibility for issues regarding any modified version of the Product.
Warranty/Liability
The Creator is, in no way, responsible for damages caused by the Product. It the the User's responsibility to ensure protection against such happenings in all events. By using the Product, the user accepts risk of these damages in themselves.
The COA is licensed under Public Domain.
