These folks are obviously reselling the A2Billing project, presumably with the only the name changed if their web-skills elsewhere are any indicator of their talents. Their marketing materials are more-or-less verbatim copies of what is on the official A2Billing site.
They make no mention of Open Source on their site that I can find, let alone offer a means to download source-code.
As one of the copyright holders of A2Billing I shall be contacting them to discuss how they might modify their behaviour to be compliant with the GPL.
If you are interested in VoIP billing do yourself a favour and search here for A2Billing. In this way you will support the developers of A2Billing, rather than these folks who it seems are intent to charge folks up to sixteen times the market-rate for a simple install and contribute nothing back to the community.
Edited to add: they provided me with credentials to look around their demo. Apart from breaking the code so it no longer works in the majority of web-browsers, they have removed our copyright notices and substituted them with their own. When I asked them what they were going to do to remedy their breaches of the GPL they suddenly started claiming they could no longer understand my written English.
