Some projects (e.g. Wirble) have their license in a file called COPYING in the root of the project. Could you add this file to the list of license files to be automatically checked?
I suggest removing project Duplicate File Finder (ohloh.net/p/duplicateff). It doesn't look like a real project, and its SourceForge page has not been updated since 2009. It has no publicly available
In the code analysis of LibreOffice (https://www.ohloh.net/p/libreoffice/analyses/latest), the code lines of the Autoconf language are negative. Is this a known issue?
