This is the single best way of interacting with an RDBMS I've ever encountered, even without using the ORM part (which is completely optional). The developers are responsive, open-minded, and prolific. The documentation is always meticulously updated, complete, but is organized a bit differently than I find I expect it to be. Still, I would highly recommend this to anyone using a relational database.
